Lauren Holmes – Lauren came to ARC Realty with over 3 years of financial experience in commercial and multi-family real estate. Lauren attended Birmingham-Southern College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later obtained an Accounting Equivalency at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Employed as a Property Accountant with Bayer Properties, Lauren has always been fascinated with the real estate industry and decided to pursue a career in real estate so that she could share her enthusiasm and knowledge with her clients.

Clark Leeth – Clark has been a Birmingham area resident for 11 years and a Realtor for seven. Prior to real estate, he worked in the Banking and Real Estate division of a consulting company for 8 years. Over the years, Clark has lived in Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, and Birmingham (loft district) and has a great knowledge of these cities and surrounding areas.

Amy Pewitt – In 2000, Amy followed her passion and became a certified Real Property Appraiser. In 2008, she continued to build her knowledge of the real estate field and obtained her real estate license while continuing to maintain her appraiser certification bringing a unique combination to the name “Realtor.” It is an extensive knowledge that has been built from years of appraising. This includes a vast knowledge of various markets and value in Jefferson, Shelby, and portions of St. Clair counties.
