ARC Realty Agents Receive Recognition

The Leadership Academy is held every two years at the Birmingham Association of Realtors.  The purpose is to train future leaders for the Association.  Candidates are selected through an application and recommendation process.  This year 10 Academy members graduated after participating in 10 months of educational and leadership training.  In addition, our class completed a service project where we raised over $10,000 and have purchased red wagons for Children’s Hospital.  ARC Realty had two candidates – Holly Moody and Debbie Puckett – that completed and graduated  from the 2014 program.

Debbie Puckett is a member of both the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® and Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS®, bridging the gap between the two markets to provide the best marketing opportunity for her clients.  In addition, she sits on several committees with the associations to help meet the needs of her communities.  She is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and West Alabama Chamber of Commerce.

Holly Moody is the ARC Realty Broker for our new Shelby office. In addition she is a member of Professional Development Committee with the BAR, the Governance Board with MLS and the Chairman of the Education Committee with the State of AL CRS Chapter.

Christina Rickey, Associate Broker, has completed the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Course enabling her to become a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Institute members have completed special training to build expertise in the marketing of upscale homes and estates and those who meet performance standards earn the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.
