Marguerite Haynes – Prior to joining ARC Realty, Marguerite enjoyed a career as an Art Director and Marketing Manager in the health care industry.  In recent years, Marguerite designed and managed a large renovation on her home which led to working with many friends and family on their home renovation projects.  Marguerite has been involved in organizing and renovating homes for many years. So, it seems that she just naturally evolved into buying and selling real estate.  Marguerite has the knowledge and experience necessary to help you buy or sell                                                     your next home.  She understands the excitement of finding the right home and how                                                   important it is to stage and market your home effectively.

Trish Sanders – Trish moved to Birmingham from Atlanta in 1999 and has never looked back!  She loves living in Birmingham and showing others what a great city this is.  Every area and neighborhood has something to offer, and Trish enjoys helping her clients find the best place to call home. Trish graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Economics. She spent 15+ years in the corporate world and brings that experience and work ethic to her real estate career.  She has been married to David Sanders for 26+ years.  They have two daughters.

Ronnie Driggers – Majoring in commercial and industrial design in college, Ronnie’s early career was spent working with Donald Mills Consulting Engineers and International Paper in his hometown of Selma, Alabama, and Blount International Construction and Engineering in Montgomery. Ronnie was also active in home and commercial building design throughout his early career. Ronnie is excited to be associated with ARC Realty and looks forward to many more years helping clients with selling or negotiating to buy that special home or other property.

Brian Sutton – Brian was born and raised in Birmingham and lived in the area most of his life. After graduating from Vestavia Hills High School, Brian joined the United States Army and shipped out shortly after graduation. After discharge from the military, Brian worked in the construction field with an emphasis on flooring and tile installation in both commercial and residential settings.  It was during the restoration of homes for real estate sales that Brian developed an interest in real estate. Brian has found his true calling in Real Estate and has been selling Real Estate since                                                        2011.

Laurie Sanderlin – Laurie has spent most of her life involved in the real estate industry. After college she began a 20 year career with the Federal Government as a Realty Specialist where she worked with various government agencies as well as individual land owners who were affected by subsidence of abandoned coal mines. In 2000, Laurie, her husband, and three sons moved to Birmingham, AL.  As she continued to follow the real estate market, she obtained her real estate license and once again began to work with individuals to help them navigate the unique process                                                of buying and selling real estate.

Richard Jacks – Richard Jacks is excited to be joining ARC Realty.  You may know his face from his 20-year career as a local television meteorologist.  The past seventeen years have been spent with the local NBC affiliate. He is originally from Talladega and has had his real estate license for three years.
