Robin Langner Edmondson brings to ARC Realty a fresh perspective and a background in education. The fresh perspective comes from being involved in 5 personal real estate transactions over the past 12 months. From selling a home to buying, flipping and selling an investment property, selling land, and searching the Birmingham market for her current home~sweet~home, Robin understands firsthand some of the different perspectives in a real estate transaction today. She spent the majority of her career in the educational field, working as a teacher and Instructional Coach. Robin began her real estate career at the end of May when she celebrated her retirement from 27 years in education. She is a proud Samford graduate with both B.S. and M.A. degrees and holds a National Board Certification distinction in Literacy.

As a realtor, she can already see where the educational field and the real estate profession mirror many of the same qualities. As a realtor, she looks forward to establishing that fiduciary relationship where clients place their trust, confidence and reliance on someone who will look out for their bests interests, much like a parent/teacher/child relationship.
