Batter up, because baseball is in full swing! Head to Regions Field to cheer on the Birmingham Barons as they take on the Mississippi Braves, Chattanooga Lookouts and Montgomery Biscuits during August. You’ll enjoy fun promotions all month long including T-shirt Tuesday, Dollar Dogs, Thirsty Thursday, Friday fireworks and more! Come hungry—Regions Field has added several new food items to its menu that you don’t want to miss out on!

Secret Stages
Secret Stages is a two-day walking music festival that takes place in downtown Birmingham, AL on the first weekend of August. For two nights a diverse group of music enthusiasts are treated to around 60 bands performing on the stages of neighborhood establishments. These acts were drawn from the nation, the region, and our own back yard. All are up-and-coming or buzz-worthy acts on the cusp of making a big splash. All Secret Stages venues are within a two-block radius, so our patrons can come to the city center, park, and have walking access to dozens of bands, a variety of venues, and delectable restaurants.’

Woodlawn Street Market
Woodlawn Street Market is an urban street market, in the heart of Historic Woodlawn, conceived for those who are always searching for unique, specialty creations. Patrons can expect merchants selling produce, goods, and prepared food, along with a few home-grown restaurants and retailers. The market will offer Birminghamians a gathering place – a locale for taking in an amazing meal or picking up a few inspiring pieces to add to their collection.

Beer, Bands & Bullies
Join Bama Bully Rescue for our 10th Annual Beer, Bands & Bullies music festival at Ferus Artisan Ales & the Trussville Entertainment District. Music starts at 4pm and the lineup includes DJ Lee J, The Martini Shakers, Blind The Sky and Thomas Henry Band. Enjoy a brew with your pooch, meet some of our adopt-a-bulls, and check out our silent auction.
