ARC Realty Partners with Capstone Realty
On March 1st two major names in Alabama real estate came together to form the largest independent real estate brokerage in the state. ARC Realty, with a major footprint in the Birmingham and Montgomery markets, and Capstone Realty of Huntsville, have partnered together in a push to strengthen both brands.

The two legacy companies will maintain their individual branding and day to day leadership to avoid any disruptions in operations or the market. What they gain is a greater economy of scale for tools and services, new perspectives for idea sharing, and more security for future growth.

This global community of independent real estate brokerages helps facilitate referrals across the world while providing reliable insights and training that reflect national trends. ARC has been a longstanding and involved member of this group since 2015 with their VP of Relocation, Marie Lawrence, serving on their Advisory Board, and John Perry, ARC’s Chief Marketing Officer, serving on their Marketing and Technology Advisory Council.
This new partnership will support more than 600 agents in 12 offices and will span the across the state of Alabama. Beyond their significant presence in major metro markets such as Birmingham, Huntsville, and Montgomery, they also service Smith Lake, Lake Martin, Shelby County, Auburn, and Opelika.
Capstone was founded in 2009, despite the risks of the looming housing crisis at that time and quickly grew to make a major name for itself in the local market. Similarly, ARC was founded as “A Relationship Company” in 2012 by four local real estate partners with the vision to bring back the personal touch of real estate despite a challenging economy. ARC has been an industry partner with Capstone Realty for several years and has always valued their local ownership and operational approach.
