Artwalk is a two-day arts festival that transforms Birmingham’s downtown neighborhood into an arts district, featuring the work of more than 50+ visual artists, live musicians, street performers, food and drink vendors, and children’s activities.

It’s time for our annual Oktoberfest! Join us at the Taproom for excellent craft beer, great food, cocktails, and good times as we celebrate the release of our seasonal Oktoberfest canned beer. We’ll also have bratwurst from American Butcher, live music, a stein-hoisting competition, and more!

Fido Fest

We’ve partnered with our local friends and retailers to create an afternoon that celebrates and benefits our four-legged friends! This FREE event will take place in the parking lot area near REI Co-op and will feature pet vendors, arts and entertainment, free giveaways and more. All animal lovers and leashed pets are welcome! Proceeds to benefit Greater Birmingham Humane Society.

Furnace Fest

Riding the high of a successful comeback to the scene in 2021, Furnace Fest is excited to announce its return to Sloss Furnaces for a weekend of performances from 90 bands across 3 stages. The 3-day festival will bring rock fans from all over together for performances by The Ghost Inside, Alexisonfire, New Found Glory, The Acacia Strain, Anti-Flag, Earth Crisis, Elliott, The Joy Formidable, Kublai Khan, Nothing, Stretch Armstrong, Strike Anywhere and many more.

Gala at the Gardens

Join us for Gala in the Gardens sponsored by Cooper Construction and honoring Maggie & Will Brooke, longtime supporters of the Friends of Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
