Glow Wild
Experience the Birmingham Zoo as it transforms this holiday season featuring larger-than-life, jaw dropping wild animal and sea life lantern creations brilliantly lighting up the night! Tour the zoo on the Red Diamond Express Train, take a spin on the Protective Life Carousel, and so much more, all while surrounded by over one million lights and holiday tunes!

MLK Day 5K Drum Run
ARC is proud to be a sponsor the 6th annual MLK Day 5K Drum Run/Walk! The race begins and ends in the heart of the Civil Rights District and features drum lines from the metro area schools that will line up along the race course to keep the beat as the runners and walkers make their way. Join us as we come together as a community to celebrate the spirit of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in the spirit of sisterhood and brotherhood with fellowship and fitness.

Birmingham Boat Show
The Birmingham Boat Show was the first public event ever held at the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center in 1972. Exactly 20 years later to the day, the Boat Show was the first Event held in the new expanded East Exhibit Hall. The show is now the Oldest and largest in the State of Alabama. With over 250,000 square feet, the Show highlights the latest in Boats, Motors, Fishing gear, Guides, Outfitters and related outdoor gear.

BourbonHam
Don’t miss out on Birmingham’s premier bourbon and BBQ fundraising event of the year! Come sample from over 25 different types of bourbon all while raising money for charity. This event benefits the National MS Society.
