Veterans Appreciation Ceremony
The 11th Annual Veterans Appreciation Ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. at the Pike Road Veterans Memorial at Veterans Park, 4902 Pike Road. The Capitol Sounds Concert Band will begin providing patriotic tunes at 1:30 p.m., and the Ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. The event will feature the Veterans Walk of Honor, the dedication of new commemorative bricks installed in our Veterans Memorial, music by the Capitol Sounds, the Presentation of the Colors, and remarks by a distinguished guest speaker..

ASU’s Annual Turkey Day Classic Parade
Alabama State University’s Annual Turkey Day Classic Parade will take place on Thursday, November 24, at 9 a.m. in downtown Montgomery, followed by the kickoff of the 98th Turkey Day Classic football game against the University Arkansas-PineBluff at 2 p.m. in The ASU Stadium. Thousands of families, students, and alumni from around the state and country line the streets each year to witness the pageantry, music, sights, and sounds of what has become one of the city’s most anticipated holiday festivities.

Jubilee Cluster Dog Show
