Roddy Slaughter – Roddy was in Information Technology for 20 years. He was a computer engineering manager at a medium sized computer company. He was also an Assistant Vice President at BellSouth specializing on UNIX data center design, implementation, and production.  With a life change in 2003, he began a real estate career and recently acquired his broker’s license.

Joanna Ellard – Joanna calls Birmingham “home” for a second time.  After several family moves around the country, she understands firsthand the importance of  “that special home”.  She is committed to her clients from start to finish, making the transaction as seamless as possible.  She has been married to her husband, Keith, for 25 years and they have two children. Kirsten is a teacher at John Carroll High School and Corbin is a senior at the University of Alabama.  She is delighted to be a part of the ARC Family!

Brad Castro – Brad graduated from The University of North Alabama with a degree in Economics. He is new to ARC Realty as an agent, but has been the property manager for the Cahaba Heights Office for the past year working for Slappey Communications. Brad come to ARC with a background in Finance, Marketing, and Commercial Real Estate Management. In his off time he enjoys activities including hiking, snowboarding, crossfit and most recently cycling.

Leda Mims – Leda was born and raised in the Birmingham area and is familiar with every community within our great city.  After working as an administrative assistant, loan processor and originator,  she decided to enter the exciting career of real estate. That was over twenty years ago, and with her dedication, hard work and vibrant personality, her career has flourished.  She absolutely loves and lives for, working with people and helping individuals and families like hers.  Leda believes every person is important, every need deserves to be met and every problem                                                          must be solved.

Debbie Junell – Debbie is the wife of the most amazing husband and mother to three extraordinary kids. She and her family moved to the Birmingham area from Texas in 2011 and quickly fell in love with the area. Serving primarily Shelby and Jefferson counties,  Deborah enjoys working with buyers and sellers alike; however being a transplant herself, she loves being able to introduce Birmingham to those moving into the area.

Mary Pillitteri – Mary is a working mother of 3 children and now 3 grandchildren and understands what it means to put families first. That has been her golden rule for the past 22 years as a realtor.
