ARC Realty Opens New Office in Downtown Birmingham
ARC Realty announces the opening of their first branch in downtown Birmingham located at the corner of 4th Avenue South and 19th Street South. The new location allows the company to better serve clients in the UAB and downtown areas. The storefront location will be staffed with a minimum of two licensed real estate agents and welcomes walk-in traffic.
ARC is the fastest growing real estate company in central Alabama, with corporate headquarters located in Cahaba Heights and branch offices in Inverness and at Smith Lake. ARC agents are actively involved in neighborhood associations, schools and civic organizations, which provides unique insight into what makes Birmingham special. Community sponsorships include UAB Blazers, Mercedes Marathon, Birmingham Children’s Theater, First Light, Jones Valley Teaching Farm and many local schools.
ARC currently has 160 agents with divisions specializing in residential, commercial, corporate relocation and rental properties. Ranked 5th in sales volume in the Greater Alabama MLS in 2014, the company closed over $224 million in volume after a second full year of business. Earlier this month ARC was asked to join Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the world’s largest network of market-leading real estate brands.
ARC was founded in 2013 by four Birmingham veteran agents: Tommy Brigham, Dale McIntyre, Mechelle Wilder, and managing broker Beau Bevis. Marie Lawrence is Director of Relocation Services, which already has a strong working relationship with UAB.
