Catlin Cade – Catlin, a Birmingham native, has had a lifelong interest in building a space someone can call his or her home. Catlin has a keen eye for property and real estate investments located in Birmingham’s most up and coming neighborhoods, such as Crestline Park and most recently, Cahaba Heights. His experience as a licensed home builder and his personal success with flipping properties in several of Birmingham’s most sought after neighborhoods provides insight to the rapidly changing market. When he isn’t working with real estate, Catlin likes to get his hands dirty building houses, traveling, hiking and playing Ultimate Frisbee with his dog, Leah, at his side.

Jeff Albright – Jeff is a Birmingham native growing up and living in the Over The Mountain area. He brings to you his 25 years of real estate brokerage experience in commercial leasing of office and retail, land brokerage and entitlement and residential sales in Atlanta and Birmingham. He has operated his own brokerage and real estate development firm responsible for the purchase, entitlement and construction of over 500 single family residential lots in Moody, Alabaster, on Smith Lake, on Lake Mitchell and in Millbrook, Alabama just north of Montgomery. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from UAB.
