Railroad Park Exercise Class
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama has continued to sponsor “Get Healthy on the Railroad” and is a fun (and free) way to stay active! Weekly classes include jazzercise, bootcamp, zumba, yoga and more! This is a great opportunity to get outside, see downtown and get in a workout.
Trample Bike Ride
The Trample Bike Ride is for bikers of all skill levels, all ages and is free! They change the route on a weekly basis, but always covers around 10 miles and includes several stops along the way. This ride is organized by Redemptive Cycles, Birmingham’s non-profit bicycle shop.
Barre Class
Looking to lift, tone and burn? That is Pure Barre’s motto and they are here to help! Barre is a full-body workout that lasts 55 minutes and targets your hips, bottom, abdominals, arms and hips. Each session is followed up with stretching to promote lean muscle growth.
Hoop for Fitness
Get fit. Get artistic. Find your flow. Hoop for Fitness brings hoop dance classes to the greater Birmingham area. Whether you want to learn basic hoop dance moves or learn a routine, Hoop for Fitness has options at every skill level.
Aerial Yoga Class
Want to take your fitness to new heights? Aerial Yoga is an innovative program that blends elements of traditional yoga with the unique conditioning of the aerial arts.
