AUM Campus Trails
Four color-coded gravel loops (red 2 mi, blue 1 mi, yellow 1 mi, purple 1 mi) ring the AUM campus—great for walkers, runners, and cyclists.

Montgomery Whitewater Trails
Four mixed-use loops (.45–1 mi each) wind through this riverside adventure park—bring or rent a bike, then stick around for zip-lining, rafting, and an on-site restaurant.

PRATTVILLE TRAILS
Autauga Creek Walk
The Autauga Creek Walk meanders along the banks of peaceful Autauga Creek, adjacent to the quaint shops and restaurants of Historic Downtown Prattville. Beautiful gardens line the path, including the Art Garden beside the Prattville Creative Arts Center & Gallery.

Overlook Park
A ½-mile walking trail with benches and open green space—perfect for a quick stroll or toddler-led adventure.

Wilderness Park Bamboo Loop
Check out this 0.4-mile loop weaving beneath giant 65-ft-tall oriental bamboo canopies in America’s first in-city wilderness park (est. 1982). Generally an easy, year-round route (about 9 min), it’s perfect for families, hiking, or a peaceful walk—dogs may roam off-leash in some areas. Benches and interpretive signs add to the experience.

Pratt Park Loop
Enjoy this 1.5-mile gravel-and-paved circuit around Pratt Park and along the river’s edge. Generally an easy route (about 26 min), it’s great for running, walking, and spotting riverside views—dogs on leash welcome.

Swayback Bridge Trail
A moderately challenging 7.9 mi loop of rugged singletrack and steep climbs along Jordan Dam Road—spring azaleas and year-round wildlife viewing await.

Alabama Nature Center Trails
